Tanner's Express Car Wash

Tanner is a young, hard working and dedicated owner. He has proven over and over again that age does not define the strength of a business- let alone the ownership. As someone who values good deals, I don't think the price is outrageous, and the washes get the job done. I've seen and heard from people I know complaints about their machines bending license plates. A simple google search of "Why did my 2026 Minnesota License plate bend?" results in information regarding new standards of material usage in this state that has significantly weakened the integrity of those plates. Tanner has gone above and beyond to provide license plate holders for any customer that runs into this issue after a wash. I've also seen and heard complaints about cancellation and timing. A simple reading of the membership agreement clearly posts in bold, that you must cancel at least a week before your membership renews to avoid being billed, and there are no refunds for billed memberships. Its the card companies, not the carwash. I cancelled my membership for the summer, and the website was extremely easy to navigate and works well.

First time at Tanner’s Car Wash and I was very impressed! The staff were friendly and helpful and kept the line of cars moving at a good pace. The wash itself was excellent! There was plenty of cleaning power to remove all the dirt and grime that had accumulated on my vehicle. The dryers did a great job making sure my vehicle was completely dry when exiting the tunnel. After the wash, there are plenty of vacuum stations with extra wide stalls which makes it easier to maneuver around the vehicle. I also utilized the mat scrubber station which was a nice added perk! Overall, my experience was great and would recommend to anyone!

Great car wash! I work close by, so I visit multiple times a week using my membership. I have a large truck and haven't had any issues. You do have to fold in tow mirrors and pulling out of the wash bay is a bit tight, but it's doable. Staff is great as well! I'd definitely recommend Tanner's to others!

I am not very impressed with this car wash and will most likely not be renewing my membership. The touch-free option barely cleans your vehicle. It really does nothing to the sides of your vehicle since there is no side sprayers in the wash. I feel that the touch option is way too aggressive with your car and the brushes are too close to it as every time I have used that option it pushes my mirrors back and forth forcefully. Photos shown are right after using the touch free option.

I just tried the freshly opened Tanner’s Express Car Wash in Duluth, and I’m seriously impressed. The drive-through exterior car wash took less than 3 minutes, but it did an incredible job removing road salt, dirt, and winter grime. Top end equipment delivers outstanding experience and drying system is very effective — my truck came out clean with no streaks. You can tell this is a high-quality automatic car wash built for Duluth weather. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable car wash in Duluth, Tanner’s Express Car Wash is definitely worth checking out.
